1. Mailing list - by subscribing to our mailing list you are accepting our privacy policy, if you wish to unsubscribe you can at anytime by clicking ‘you can unsubscribe’ at the bottom of our emails.
When you have signed up to our mailing list we use email to send information about new products, offers and information relating to our business and positive messages about other brands we love. We do not share your email address with any third parties and is held on a secure server.
2. Personal information - your information is needed to place a purchase and send that purchase to you. We would not be unable to take payment without your bank details or send you your parcel without your postal address - this information is required by Damsons to fulfil your order and is not shared with any third parties and is held on a secure server.
